When will my order be shipped?

- For Onhand Items, it will be shipped in 2-3 business days after you order.

- For Preorder items, the restock is every 2nd and 4th week of the month, kindly check our Instagram for further information on the estimated date of arrival. Once it arrives in UAE, you will receive it in 2-3 business days. 

- Shipping is from 9:00AM - 6:00PM from Monday - Saturday. Sunday is off for the couriers.

How can I track my package?

Tracking number will be sent through email and/or DM in Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp. You can track here.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet as currently we only ship in UAE - all Emirates.
