How do I place an order?
There are two ways to place an order:
Through our website
Browse our products, add your favorites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.
Through Instagram or Facebook
For special requests, bulk orders or items not listed on our website, you can send us a DM through our social media pages and our team will assist you.
Are your items on-hand or preorder?
We offer both on-hand and preorder items.
Please check the individual product listing for availability before placing your order. Preorder items will have their estimated arrival information indicated whenever available.
How much is the Shipping?
UAE-wide delivery: AED 20
Enjoy FREE shipping on on-hand orders of AED 300 and above. 🩷
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to preorder items. Preorder shipping fees are charged separately.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Outside Delivery Areas (ODA) within the UAE.

Do you accept same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery within Dubai via Careem Box.

When will I receive my order?
On-hand items
Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays.
Preorder items
Preorders are restocked during the 2nd and 4th week of each month. Estimated arrival dates may vary by product, so please check the product listing or our Instagram for the latest updates.
Once your preorder arrives in the UAE, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
Please note: Preorder shipping fees are charged separately and are not eligible for the AED 300 free-shipping offer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your package through Century Express using the tracking details provided to you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source our products from trusted brands, suppliers, and retail channels. We do not sell counterfeit products.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UAE only, across all Emirates.
For customers outside the UAE who would like to place a special order, please contact us directly to check if we can accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store or shop?
We do not have a physical store yet.
We are currently an online-based shop and deliver across all Emirates.
What are the sizes for the Dresses?
Sizes are indicated per item. Most dresses are free size and can fit up to Semi-Large.
Plus Size Guide:
XL – 2XL Bust: 38–44 / Waist: 34–40
3XL – 4XLBust: 44–50 / Waist: 40–48
